Individual therapy is provided to assist clients through a wide range of challenges to include: behavioral issues, depressed mood, changes in family structure, anxiety, grief/loss, school issues, and more.
Your therapist is skilled in play therapy and utilizes therapeutic approaches that include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and a systems approach to involve the family as needed.
Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Optum, and Aetna insurances are accepted in addition to Aetna EAP.
The self-pay rate for individual counseling is $110 per 50-minute session. If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, there will be a cancellation fee of $110 and the cancellation/no show fee is due prior to scheduling another session. Consideration for emergencies is at the discretion of the therapist.
